  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping charges are calculated based on the total price of product and personalization in each order after all applicable discounts. In addition to the order total product and personalization price, shipping charges vary depending on delivery destination and shipping method.

    For Standard Delivery within the U.S:  orders ship for a flat rate of $4.9. All orders above $49.00 are qualified for FREE shipping

    For International Standard Delivery :   orders ship for a flat rate of $ 7.5. All orders above $75.00 are qualified for FREE shipping

    Orders leave our warehouse 2-3 business days after the order is placed. If your order will be delayed, we will notify you immediately. Orders involving custom personalization (like logos) require additional time.
  • When will I receive my order?

    For orders within the U.S, standard shipping will take 1-7 days

    For international orders, standard shipping will take 4-15 days

    • Can I have a tracking number?

      Yes, we will send you a tracking number via Email. In some cases, it can take up to 4 days. You can later track your Order by clicking on "Track Your Order" in the Mail Menu.

      If you didn't receive an Email, please contact us, so we can provide you with the information, before making a Chargeback, in some cases, Emails don't get send automatically.
        • Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
          Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order conformation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.

          If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
        • What is your refund policy?
          We believe in our products so much that we offer a 15-day No-Hassle refund policy. If you're unhappy with your purchase, send us the product back and we'll refund your money immediately.
